Two numbers, agreed upfront: a one-time build fee (covers the deep-dive sessions, blueprint, build and handover) and a flat monthly fee to host, monitor and maintain everything on our servers. Scope is fixed before we build — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Most builds go live within a few weeks of the second deep-dive session. Simple single-agent builds are faster; deep multi-system flows take longer. You’ll have the timeline in the blueprint before you commit.
No. We connect to the tools you already use — your phone system, inbox, CRM, calendar, ad accounts and anything with an integration. If something genuinely better exists we’ll recommend it, but nothing is forced.
We’re watching it 24/7 and usually fix things before you’d ever notice. Monitoring, fixes and upkeep are all covered by the monthly fee — that’s the point of it.
