Two numbers, agreed upfront: a one-time build fee (covers the deep-dive sessions, blueprint, build and handover) and a flat monthly fee to host, monitor and maintain everything on our servers. Scope is fixed before we build, no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Most builds go live within a few weeks of the second deep-dive session. Simple single-agent builds are faster; deep multi-system flows take longer. You’ll have the timeline in the blueprint before you commit.
No. We connect to the tools you already use, your phone system, inbox, CRM, calendar, ad accounts and anything with an integration. If something genuinely better exists we’ll recommend it, but nothing is forced.
We’re watching it 24/7 and usually fix things before you’d ever notice. Monitoring, fixes and upkeep are all covered by the monthly fee, that’s the point of it.
